Here we are going to practice and learn how to add live or clickable “subscription” button or “icon” on YouTube videos for YouTube subscribers.

First, sign in to YouTube account, then click on your account icon, find and click on My Channel as shown in bellow screenshot.
Second, Left click on Creator Studio
Third, Left click on Channel as marked in bellow screenshot
Forth, Left click on Branding.
Fifth, Left click on Add a watermark > choose a subscribe button photo from your computer or save one from google or insert your channel’s logo then click save few seconds later click saveagain.
Sixth, Now choose the custom setting when should the subscription button appear on the video: At the start? At the end or the entire video. Left click update and it’s over.
Now go back to your channel and play any video you must see subscribe icon.
